The aim of the project was to create a unique resort in Dubai where luxury, sport activities, fun and relax can live together. A natural oasis surrounded by wild and autoctone plants, eco-materials and high quality design.
The owner of the project has selected Paghera because of the well known and certified experience to create paradise where there is only sand, especially in the Middle East region.
Together with our international partners, we have designed all the elements in this project included also the financial analysis for the complete feasibility study.
