The house is arranged over three floors, all overlooking the terrace. A complex intervention, on several levels, each with a different and specially dedicated design solution. The goal was to create an urban oasis, a refuge from the frenetic city rhythms.
In the living area of the first level, the interiors create a natural and uninterrupted extension to the terrace. A summer living area to receive guests, with a dining area and barbecue, equipped to prepare food outside. A real living space en plein air, discreet and elegant, hidden in the bosom of nature.
The sleeping area, on the upper floor, opens onto an iron and glass space appositely created for study and relaxation. A bright winter garden, entirely covered by the green of the terrace, that surrounds the area isolating it from the surrounding buildings.
The top floor is entirely designed for the solarium garden, with a hot tub, an area dedicated to sunbathing and pleasant shady spaces. The vegetation which was specially studied for it, hibiscus, oleander, dragon trees and creepers - the mild weather permitting - renews the feeling of being in an oasis, overlooking the rooftops of the city.
