When the Preliminary Design is approved, this is the next step that goes into more in depth detail for the design choices already presented.

Like a zoom it goes into the definition of the architectural and engeneering aspects, it defines the choices for furnishing and finishing the Interior, it studies the distribution of indoor and outdoor plant designs, the paving and the paths, the selection of specimens that create the external scenario and the scenic and furnishing elements that enrich it.

The design is correlated to the complete and final bill of quantity and quotation.
