In Bodrum, in the touristical luxurious and exclusive Yalıkavak, Paghera completes a particular and meticulous landscape design project for a residential and touristical complex. The property consists in 40 VIP villas, a hotel, a recreational area with Spa and swimming pool and a private beach. The projectual objective applied in every area is to minimize the visual impact of the building structures that, with the luxurious internal gardens and roofs transformed in real suspended gardens, create a conecting line between inside and outside environment.
The residences, embraced in the green of the local vegetation made mainly by bougavilleas, plumbago, phoenix canariensis, aromathic plants, cypresses and pine trees, have everyting to benefit from it in intimacy and privacy, all this without losing an inch from the spectacular sea view taht the complex offers. From the villas, thanks to the direct entries that every single one of them have, one can reach the beach where the particularly scenographical central swimming pool is the main character has quite an impact on the viewer. Built directly from the beach, a few steps away from the sea, is almost a natural oasis that can be used both by childen and adults given the low depth of the water.
The jetty in front of the swimming pool, that continues onto the sea for a dozen of meters, culminates with a basin and water plays, has been built in glass and special light materials that makes it visible avena t night time. This is the iconographic element that can be recognized from the land and from the sea… in the pure Paghera style.
