Private Villa Cubuklu - Istanbul

The villa is sited inside of one of the most famous residential complexes of Istanbul, built by the famous Turkish architect Emre Arolat.  The project covers the entire side of a hill and overlooks one of the few remaining woodlands in Istanbul.The project focuses on the study of areas in plan and of elevation changes, collocated n the way that allows to maximize the use of the spaces potential and to create a garden that allows a fairly low maintenance.

The games of perspectives, from the villa entrance and in the pool area, expand the green areas, widening the space perception and giving harmony to the structure.
