The International Property Awards took place again this year, as since 1995; an award for excellence in the world of real estate, resorts and hotels. The international jury evaluates every issue, from architecture to the offered services, and selects the best projects and realizations in the world. Among the winners of the latest edition in the "architecture" category there was a project in Turkey, that brought a bit of Italy: the residential complex Adres Yalikavak, where the company Paghera of Lonato del Garda developed the Landscape design, an aspect that strongly characterizes the residences. The design intent of Paghera, applied in each area, lies in the desire to minimize the visual impact of building construction, which, with the florid interior gardens and roofs transformed into veritable hanging paradises, create a constant link between interior and exterior.
